1. I like a Hotel deal. How I can get this deal and how to book my accomodation dates?

Find the Deal you like, firstly Register, then have to contact the property to check the availability and making a preservation,  and then directly Buy the travel voucher  before the Stay Offer ends. Then  you will receive by email the  travel voucher with the appropriate property contact and booking details printing instructions You must always declare your real personal details, and redeeming the voucher at the hotel would have to be identified by showing your  ID card or your passport.

2. When should I use the Stay Offer that I purchased?

Some Offers have long redemption time. Most of the Hotel deals can be used from the very first day of purchase and do not wait  the Stay Offer to end.You have to contact the Property to check the availabilityand making a preservation,  and then directly buy the travel voucher. Vouchers must be redeemed in full on a one-time basis only and may not be redeemed incrementally. After the expiry date, the Voucher is void, according to applicable law. No refunds will be issued for expired Vouchers.

3. Can I buy a Stay Offer for a third one, a friend or relative of me?

Yes you can! During the purchase process, you will be asked to fill in the name of the third party travel voucher holder.

4. Can I buy more than one Voucher of a specific Hotel deal ?

There is no limit to the number of vouchers you can buy but only one voucher may be used per reservation of a hotel stay.

5. What should I bring with me to redeem my Stay Offer Voucher upon arrival?

If you receive via e mail the instructions to print your voucher, you must print and bring it with you and present it the day you check in at the accomodation property. Upon arrival should necessarily have your ID or passport, to make the identification.

6. Can I Change-Cancel my Stay Offer after my purchase date?

By making a reservation with an accommodation provider, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of that accommodation provider, and to any additional  terms and conditions of the hotel that may apply to your reservation during your stay, including for services or products offered by the Property. The general cancellation and no-show policy of each accommodation provider is made available on our Site on the hotel information pages, during the reservation process and in the booking confirmation email. Please note that certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation or change. Hotel cancellation policies vary. If you fail to check in to your hotel on the day of your reservation and do not alert the hotel, the remaining portion of your reservation may be canceled, you may be subject to hotel-imposed penalties and you may not be entitled to a refund, depending on the terms and conditions of the applicable accommodation provider. If the policy on your voucher purchase or hotel reservation allows a cancellation or refund, you can cancel it and full refunds can be offered within 14 days of purchase on most vouchers. Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation and no-show policy. Any request for a cancellation-refund must be submitted in writing within  14 days of purchase to the email address
